Return & Refund Policy – Anantham-X

At Anantham-X, we strive to deliver premium quality products that reflect your belief and identity. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• The item must be in the original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.
